As for your question and suggestion about conflict resolution, the initial CCR training includes something based on conscious communication as a way to engage with and transcend conflicts, and we are on the cusp of offering additional conflict engagement workshops for those CCRs who wish to go more in-depth. So yes, if you had any documents you could share, we’d be keen to look at it :)
