Jason is the founder of Team edge Consulting, prior to Team Edge Jason has held executive roles across government departments including Department of Health and Human Service, Department of Health and Emergency Recovery Victoria. Jason has also held leadership roles in Victoria Police and Melbourne Health Network.

Jason’s experience is in leadership and team building, including managing high-performing teams, he specialises in leading workplaces strategic planning, workplace reform, culture and integrity change.

Jason was chosen by Department of Health to lead the COVID-19 response as State Controller, managing the operations and consequences of the pandemic on business and community.

Jason is experienced at standing up and establishing new multi-agency teams in a politically sensitive or complex environment.

Jason has led community centered relief and recovery operations across Victoria and has led Victorian teams on interstate deployment to Townsville and Lismore.

Jason led the 2006 Commonwealth Games planning for the Melbourne Health network and mass casualty and Code Brown planning for the Victorian Health sector.
