Ensuring communities are a part of developing a coordinated response plan to areas that suffer from the effects of flood risk is asolutely critical to the plans success. As a part of recent project work, I have developed a process for completing these Flood Action Plans ensuring key communities members are involved. I would love any feedback on the process or just general discussion to see if it can be improved even further.
